I assume you mean litch bane, litch bane is a mage sheen item so champions like ekko, diana, twisted fate that often use a lot of AA in their kit or heavy hitting enhanced AA.

RoA isnt in the best spot right now but its mainly a scaling item that provides both hp and ap to make you less squishy the more the game progresses. Only like kassadin builds this.

And Finally Nashors is mainly for Ap AA heavy Champs that may want AtkSp or Onhits, think Kai’sa, Gwen, Twitch

On Diana and ekko specifically I recommend you go ludens/iorb on diana and and litch/iorb on ekko. The aforementioned other items arent as strong on these champions compared to these.

i had 4 items without lich but with nashors and honestly it didnt feel any diff

i still could one shot

and i had more dps if they survived the combo

it felt way better with nashors+boots than i thought it will

• For PvE (especially junglers) and also turrets
• for sustained fights (against tanks/fighters

Lichbane

• against squishies
• for burst of dmg & movespeed
• little detail but the path build is also smoother

(By the way in general,
All lichbane users can use nashor's, BUT not all nashor's can use lichbane)

Ill make it easy. Tooth: fast farm, litch: burst dmg, roa: tanky and mana regen
