I would guess it is Sion. He is fairly good currently (based on tier list). He has an infinite health stack (there is no cap that I know of). A streamer named Bauss abuses Sion whenever he can. He will die 10 to 20 times every match and still take over the game. Difficulty level 1 out of 3 (easy) according to WR.

Can't deny that his cs count looks amazing in many matches though.
The master yi otp that hit rank 1 couple seasons ago said Baus is his favorite type of top laner.
Though I would recommend Alois for beginners. Fund the mental.

He's but a scaling baron laner. What the steamer's doing is called feeding Sion strategy and yeah it's good when you know how to play it
