The things ill say are extremly hard to put into action but i hope it helps a little :
1.Don't troll just beacuse something isn't going your way (ex. ur teammate picks off meta)
2.Use wards and don't blame jg cuz the enemy jungler ganked you
3.Pick an appropriate champ (ex. if ur team has 4 squishy Champs who can't engage don't go yummi support, go tanky supp such as leona)
4.Ward dragon, herald
5. Build antiheal when enemy has Champs who heal a lot (mundo, soraka, Warwic, swain...)
6.If you're playing jg or mid GANK other lanes don't just perma farm
7.Stop blaming your teammates because u don't have map awareness

there are more tips but they are too advanced so I won't put them here, but these 7 tips are also extremly advanced but i hope it helps someone

So if you are assigned top lane and you are losing but try set up the jungler for the kill but the jungler doesn't pay attention to it is that my fault or the junglers?

I would say it depends. How bad is it? Lots of factors imo. If it's 0-2 and enemy is overextended and you have good follow up or their summ spells is on cd, then sure maybe he should have ganked, played better, and get the obvious kill. If it's 0-5 then nope, Jungler should not gank losing lanes.

If it's the first scenario [0-2], and let's say bot is winning and he is playing around them I would say that it's fair and understandable, jungler plays around the winning lane. I would just hug the tower, try not to miss cs, ward, and ping the map to try and be helpful.

But when I play as a Jg, I usually do wolves, gromp/blue, and gank top immediately. 1-0 for top is usually enough for top laners but if you die later and it's 1-1 don't flame me if I don't gank again. WR is a short game and I can't be ignoring the rest of the map. It's fair and more rewarding to focus on bot because you get two useful allies and when bot wins, they win hard.
