I'm not gonna lie somehow I'm top 200 Kayn but it doesnt feel like I am. My win rate is high but it's not enough. I usually get form in like 8 minutes sometimes 10 if it's not the one I want. I know how to farm efficiently and path I guess my issue is just balancing farming and ganking with kayn. From my pc knowledge its farm then fight then objectives FFO in short. But I got some advice to spam gank early does this hold true?

Triumph over Sudden Impact? Dumb. Your teammates are going to snipe your ult kills, so you wasted your ult which is why no one runs Triumph on him. Also Pathfinder is better because you're constantly in the river so the extra healing is good for small skirmishes vs extra dmg on monsters. You should be landing your smite anyways and stealing objectives with e.
IE is a no. You're trolling at this point. Everything else is decent except for Gauntlet. Buy Trinity or DS instead of that. Especially on Red Kayn it's better than Gauntlet. Only take Randuin's if they have crit. That's it. Electrocute is stupid to run on him, btw. You're an assassin/bruiser. You should always run Conq until they give him his main runes.
