Hi ! Here is a brief introduction to my recent project :
I’m a Communication & Engineering teacher of a vocational and technical university. We have great events of the graduation design project exhibition for students in each May. This year, together with my students, we designed and created a series of XR applications using Mozilla Hubs' technology, which became the star projects of the whole university.
Based on the real scenes of our building , including the main hall on the first floor, the engineering tech center, the training classroom, the 3rd floor classroom, and the media studio, we designed this reality-virtual project. In the design and development of this project, we used Blender, C4D, and Unity to create 3D spaces, 3D props, and four 3D IP virtual characters. We assembled various assets in the scene editor and set links in each themed scene to allow users to roam between different scenes just like in real environments. Users can experience our XR project through mobile phones, tablets, computers, and VR headsets. Finally, we conducted a unique XR promotion and publicity campaign throughout the university through live streaming and social medias, which received a very enthusiastic response. We have already started preparing for next year's full-campus-level XR project, so let's wait and see : ) 😊

We run the project on PICO 4 with Wolvic browser and I have to say the performance is much better than Oculus Quest 2 .
