I installed Win11 on my Macbook Pro 11,1 using the opencore guide with no problem, but get stuck booting the usb installer on my Mac Pro 3,1. Is my Mac Pro compatible? I’m trying to install it on a different hard drive and do not want bootcamp.

A direct upgrade will fail, but you may have success installing Windows 10 first and then upgrading:

i have tried windows 10 and 11 but both get stuck on usb installer boot screen.
