Hi Guys,
I already had Monterey installed on this Mac and it had the same problem,
the menu bar at the top stays solid black in light mode.
Yesterday I downgraded to Big Sur and the graphics issue is still there.
The Mac uses the AMD Redeon HD 6750M to output the image is just a minor issue, but is there a way to fix it?
has anyone had the same problem ?

Do you have any other graphical issues or distortions across the UI? Does the Launchpad and Notification Centre look alright?

One thing I would also try to narrow down the issue, is to make a new blank user profile, to see if the problem persists.

Not really, the Launchpad is only laggy, otherwise is nothing with the graphics

Have you tried reinstalling the patches, and then rebooting?

problem solved,
The non-metal GPU acceleration doesn't work well on the dGPU (AMD Redeon HD 6750M) so I tried disabling it to make the Mac use the iGPU (Intel HD Graphics 3000) and now is working fine ! : )
I used this command to disable the dGPU, if someone have the same problem like me : "sudo nvram FA4CE28D-B62F-4C99-9CC3-6815686E30F9:gpu-power-prefs=%01%00%00%00"
