What are you formatting the drive as, and how big is it?
If the issue kept on going, maybe there was something wrong with your RAM. If you could, remove some of them and try again.
An Apple Diagnostic (with D key at startup) tells me an problem with ram, with an error code of PPM002
what should i do
Try clearing NVRAM and re-running the diagnostic
Already did that. Anything changed.
Do you have an external drive you can try installing to, to rule out issues with the SSD?
Yup, i tried installing on an external HDD. But no success.
Are you installing with the OCLP installer, or the one from the App Store?
with macOS Monterey app from App Store
with OCLP it’s the same
