I ate a fondue today! No comté in it but I thought I'd share the illustrated recipe.

The cheese, cut in small bits so it melts better. You typically put 200 grams per person of three different cheese. Here it’s swiss gruyère and meule de Savoie.

This abondance is cut separately because it melts quicker so I’m adding it after the others.

The bread, also cut. Here I made various sizes to accommodate various tastes.

I did a Beaufort soufflé!
That was my first time doing one, so thanks for asking.

Here's the cheese, Beaufort. They have this packaging with recipes on it, and her it shows tartiflette and fondue. Tartiflette wit Beaufort is weird, we normally do it with Reblochon which is a totally different kind of cheese.

Apart from that, it's a fairly common soufflé recipe. Floor, butter, eggs, milk, nutmeg, pepper and salt. At the end you add the grated cheese and the sour cream.

It's important to put butter and flour or it won't rise properly.

And if you do this and want to share a picture here, be quick! Soufflé falls back quickly.
