Linear algebra through geometry (part 1)

$\newcommand{\ev}{\mathrm{ev}}$$\newcommand{\Spec}{\mathrm{Spec}}$Is linear algebra about pointy little arrows? Random boxes of numbers that resemble more of the spreadsheets in accounting class than math? I want to show a more visible perspective to linear algebra.

yeah math is difficult for everyone, when i do tutoring and stuff, i can just feel the student getting puzzled lol, can’t say every math person has the same amount of empathy for the learner though…

#

i wished i spent more time studying something a lil more practical 😂 when i make jokes about number theorists getting grant funding, i’m always surprised at how much they can milk the cryptography cow while they study how many numbers look like boobs or something
