Each island may have different rules, so it’s best to check with each host. I open my island for visiting and self guided tours in the mornings to allow people to shop and explore / get inspo or fish / catch bugs. My rules are pretty free and loose so long as people are respectful to each other. I do request people to refrain from picking flowers or running over them. If you do pick vegetables, please water the crops so they grow back plentiful! Other than that, feel free to explore and hang out!

The island is currently undergoing massive redesign and maintenance so it's not a very exciting or beautiful place at the moment. Please use the pipe on the right side of the welcome center to transit to and from the shopping district so we can keep Celeste in a consistent area as the shopping district is gated shut. (You will have to use the pipe to get to her or swim all the way around 😂) Donations and tips are welcome but not required. Feel free to visit get your DIY from Celeste and wish on some stars or do some shopping, the shops will be open for another 2 hours or so. Taking available fruit is fine and you may fish and catch bugs to your hearts content.

Whether you are the one that visits or they do. It gets recorded as users you played with. It doesn’t have to be both. It only has to be one or the other

I think on the Nintendo website it says something like if you’re playing elsewhere it doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll be blocked there, but they definitely won’t be able to come to your island.

If you remember their in game name and island name, message orvbot to let them know so mods can add it to the beware list 👍🏻

Hopefully, does anyone know if it’s possible to see their friend code? I can see their profile with their name and play history (they sent me a friend request💀💀) but I can’t see the friend code

Also another hot tip, instead of ending session, just hit the power button. It’ll cause the session to crash without saving, so it’ll revert to the most recent save and might fix some of the stuff done. If you end session it’ll save from when you end it and won’t revert any changes.

You can’t even see it if you’re friends with someone. Only if they give it to you.

They do not. You can only see friend codes if they send them to you. Friend codes don't even show up on other people's profiles. (I'd assume to protect users from having their friend codes shared without permission
