Hitting someone with a net is not against the rules. It seems they just did not understand what was written in their sting, which I will not disclose. But just to be clear, that's not inherently against the rules.

However, if someone sincerely requests that they do not be hit with a net only for that request to then be blatantly ignored, then it may be reported as rude or inconsiderate behavior, and we will look into that on a case by case basis.
