@tulip mulch normally you earn those by doing specific things in the game, like getting the five star rating or breaking a set number of axes. There are articles telling you exactly what you need to do to get them that way. Some ppl have hacked the game and generated them on T islands, however.

as @swift snow said, you get them by completing certain things. Fishing Rod and Net come from completing the fish and fossil sections of the museum, shovel is helping gulliver 30 times, axe is breaking 100 axes, and watering can is by reaching 5-stars

Oh! And slingshot is shooting down 300 balloons

Imo, only the watering can matters since you need it for gold roses. The rest just have increased durability
