For the newer players here, you can make as many wishes as you'd like but only 20 can wash up on your shores tomorrow. Celeste only gives out one recipe per day so you wouldn't be able to get more than one by visting more islands. I think she might give you extra star fragments though. 🙂

Okay, go meet her first. Open your map and look for the player Cory. She's by his house right now. Celeste is Blathers' sister. She'll teach you how to make wishes on shooting stars which will wash up as star fragments on your beaches the next day. You can use them to craft the special DIYs that she gives you.
