you would probably need to contact nintendo service for this because afaik if you transfer one island to the other, it erases the existing island on that switch. if you backed that island up, you should be able to transfer it back to a switch with the cloud backup but I was under the impression you will have to contact nintendo for them to reinstate the backed up island to a new switch.

(that procedure might have chanced nowadays so maybe its possible to reinstate the backed up island onto a switch without help of nintendo, but id look it up on their website before u go ahead. wouldnt want to lose your island)
