Are treasure islands against the rules?

Treasure islands are not against Nintendo's rules or our rules. However: If you send a picture of an island with impossible to obtain items or something that is IMPOSSIBLE without hacking you may have your image removed and receive stings.

Will my game get hacked/Will I get banned if I use one?
