what's the longest you've worked on an island?

Probably my first island or this one… I kept my first one for a while. But this one I loved so much I tried to keep as long as possible I think I’ve had it over 5 months. Slowly adding to it. Decorated every spot and even my villager houses. Added two extra player houses as well

I can usually finish an island in like a month or two

I created my island to feature some minigames, like tag, cooking, flower-bingo, and etcetera, but I want to make sure that I 1) post this session in the proper channel and 2) wondering if this group would be the right fit. I do not do much online in ACNH other than turnip-selling, so that's the most experience I have with courteous online-play.
