Tbh, I don’t mind knowing who is coming and leaving, I just think the loading screen is NOT NEEDED. There can be a pop up in the top right corner just like when you’re playing and your friend hops online it alerts you.

Yeah, the pop up is better because we don’t want not to be alerted and if our islands are open someone sneaks in and steals stuff, so a pop up is definitely better then not being alerted at all

The game uses peer to peer connection to connect people to each others islands, essentially, you are connecting to their internet to play, instead of connecting to a Nintendo server, which would be faster. This makes it cheaper for Nintendo to maintain, but gives us long loading times because both of your internets are trying to shake hands.

Using peer to peer also allows online games to live forever, as they don’t rely on Nintendo to keep paying for server space, so that means this game can still be played online in 20 years time. Which is a plus.

Yup, the game is gonna get better imo and there might be a price decrease when it comes on to DLC’s now that Sims have competition.
Before they were able to price it at whatever they left like and did the game however they wanted without a care in the world because they had no competition and now they do. So I’m pumped for that 🙂

Another great addition would be to be able to transfer money from your bank account to another players bank account that way transactions would be easier and we wouldn’t have to carry thousands of dollars in our pockets.
