Its a great game, but the game focuses way too much on being a dollhouse like sims game and that's not why I fell in love with the series 😭 All the aspects I personally loved have either been axed out or were reduced heavily

HD is a whole other beast

Switch is also just a slightly beefed up wii u

Again, just look at the loading screens AND the lag when you have too much on your island for proof

It being switch should mean it can handle more, but not neccassirly

It depends on the engine, depends on a LOT of factors

Even something as simple as pathways touching the house in the e3 trailer was cut from the final game because of the engine

If you sold your town to tom nook and chose to keep your catalog, then you keep your pwp list too iirc (I don't think it includes all pwps tho)

Yea I don't have the cafe dream suite etc yet but I actually own every pwp cuz my villagers suggested them to me back then and i kept my catalog!

last night i managed to back up my animal crossing save from when i was like 7 and see my town again 😭

the date was wrong (may 6 2023 for some reason) but it doesnt make a lot of difference
