I dunno, I feel like the bug-off tourney is more interesting because you actually have to wander the whole island to catch bugs; the fishing tourney can just be cheesed by using copious amounts of fish bait on the sea or rivers. That said, I like how the fishing tourney happens every season, whereas the bug-off only happens in the summer and September.
