Hmmm hard to tell cause it would depend on your catalogued items up to that point. The presets Lottie give you either forces you into posh restaurant or regular old dinner so if you want to go beyond that you'd have to have some interesting catalogued items.

Oh! If you already did Jacques or Audie before hand you could do something like a club/resto hybrid since both of them have the City Skyline wallpaper and some DJ furniture.

Honestly, just get the dlc on its own. The expansion doesn't seem overly worth it (unless you actively play those classic games casually due to the numerous issues they are having) and if you cancel the expansion pack you will lose the dlc

Hey in the new DLC I’m having a major glitch where Lottie never asked me to do the school but when I hit 12 people she asked me to build the cafe and then said I could build the restaurant at any time. @flint marten After finishing about 27 homes Tom Nook will appear at the resort and will have a reunion with you and Lottie about expanding the itens you can use at the HHP. After that, you can use pretty much every item you've already cataloged including fossils, musics, gyroids. Everything.
