I think your walls are too empty try searching for wall decorations or plants ^_^ also, normally things to have a sense of cohesion tend to follow a theme, your wall pattern screams Japanese so indeed as Swirley said try adding Bamboo items to the bathroom!

@olive cypress those also look good! And for the waterfalls, you unlock it when you get 3 stars on your island. And you can find out what star you’re at when you talk to Isabelle!

@rigid steeple I've noticed! I am working on getting more villagers right now. I was told I needed at least 7. My first plot sold today so I'm guessing a new villager will show up tomorrow or the next day. I have a whole orchard of 10 of each fruit tree and a forest of 25 regular trees. My flowers are a horrid mess but I have like 50+, even a gold rose and several blues. I am lacking fencing though.

@strong birch for my imperial room, I used items that went with the color. For the brown set, I used the brown serving cart, inscence sticks, chess set, and sewing wheel to help decorate. All in all, the room looks really good. I'm just suggesting what I used. I'm not home right now, but let me see if I could find an old picture of my imperial room.
