I’m making a speakeasy in my basement. It’s not done yet, and there’s still plenty of furniture and wall decor I want to add (crossing my fingers that they bring back ceiling decor like in HHD) but does anyone have some flooring suggestions or small items I could put around? I might make myself some shelves to put along the back wall to look like drink mixers too I just realized :O

Podiums could be nice, but the desks I have to supplement have a nice design on the outside that has the classy feel I'm going for. I will look into the gold parquet flooring, I know the iron looks alright with the wallpaper since I had this in the bedroom upstairs before but I do know I'm going for something dark with a nice runner to lead out from the stairs

@undone abyss probably customized square garden tables, the oak red/brown wood. If thats too light, I would go with either multiple of those tables in the corner, or the cutomized dark brown wooden table- which lets you add a tablecloth too

I was hoping to find some good stools, there was one that had a fancy gold tassels around the rim that looked nice. The thing is though that the bar I'm basing this on doesn't really have a whole lot of seating in the main area, it's like a small version of a bigger place. The main area is composed of a dance floor, stage with a full jazz band, and along the side is a long bar. Opposite of the bar is where the restaurant portion is, but I'm limited on space so I took a little bit of everything and stuck with the most important instrument to put on the tiny stage I have there
