The box rotation glitch was patched back in 1.2 I believe (or some other early version), it doesn't work anymore! Even if someone is still on that version where it does work, you can't play online with others when you aren't on the same game version unfortunately.

That would definitely be considered hacking, not glitching.

Glitches exploit mistakes in the code or edge cases that aren't handled well, that looks like it's straight up editing the game code.

i have no idea if this is a glitch but if you don't have a trash can and have a table,
put a diy recipe that you already know on it and if you have the island designer,
then put it on the table outside then request a clean up near it,
the diy recipe will go to the resident services box, and you need to put it on a table to work..

It's the best! You just use an item to bounce yourself just right at a cliff and it clips you right up. I've watched a few youtube videos about it and now getting up is like second nature to me lol

It's a real shame about the dupe tables being fixed, I owe a lot to them, but I have to give credit to the AC:NH team for crushing so many bugs and glitches so thoroughly. The game is almost glitch free and only a very few exploits are left.

Does anyone have a solution to my towns on ACNH consistently disappearing? We’ve had our island save data vanish 4 times now, usually after a major update. We’ve checked several times for corrupt data, but none comes up. There’s no “The save data was damaged.” message when we reboot, just straight to the opening airport. We tried registering parental controls (we heard it was a bug with that on Reddit), but after the latest update it was wiped again. Please, does anyone have an answer to this??

I'm fine with tables going away, the big one that I think they'd be real jerks to remove is tree edging since it's harmless. luckily they straight up can't fix drowned items because that involves deleting valid ones which is too destructive to be ethical for them. even with the table fix they didn't remove anybody's stuff, you just can't make more

The crowns are just for bells, the other little things I've just been duping are items like nova lights and other things that I want to decorate my island\homes with. Nothing too major, just stuff that can be hard to get lots of normally.

when factory reseting the switch you can delete update data on physical games, but when you update to trade with others you would need to reset again to begin duping again

just so people in here are aware, most of the people who found major glitches in the past aren't playing the game much and aren't hunting. so don't expect things in the future unless there's some kind of extremely obvious exploit (which will be screamed about on YT and then instantly patched). don't rely on a single player dupe in the future
