@crystal juniper hmmm well um definitely gotta start by moving houses and shops to the beach. It's hard to decorate the island when houses and stuff is there. Some people start designing in sections...if ur going for a very organized approach (not clutter core or smth) start with the village area then go from there since it will probably be the biggest part of ur island^^

I've seen people placing them behind simple panels at stations. If your station is on a higher level you could also terraform it so that the pipe is placed on a lower level(hole). Apparently you can access them that way as well.

Hmmm with him being a jock I’d suggest some workout equipment like weights just 3 like the barbell, and 2 kettle bells. Then to continue on with your natural look maybe a rock garden of sorts using stone diys with bamboo trees sprinkled in and an outdoor bath to tie it together

Hmm I haven’t seen any but can see how you could do it. I recently did a hidden trail leading down to a magic lake so I can see how you might can start at a peek and work it down. You’d have to be ready to use a decent size chunk of island if you want lost of trees on it.

The south of my island is an english town like the one I grew up in, which turns into overgrown wilderness up in the north.

Some stars might spawn at night when the sky is really clear. When you see shooting stars you need to not have any tool in your hands, push the joystick to see the sky and press A! Your character will make a wish (you'll know it worked cause the star brights more) and in the morning after you'll need to go on your beach and you'll find as many fragments than the number of wishes you made

It's a long process. You need to put stuff everywhere (every 3 spot I think), except on the area of your future rock garden. For example you can display mannequin of a pattern (so that it'll be easier to clean up afterwards just by modifying the pattern, every mannequin you put will disappear) and then you can distroy your rocks and wait they spawn again in your garden (you can watch videos on YouTube!)

Ok so I began to decorate and terraform a few weeks ago and I was sad my island looked so flat and boring. I was trying to do something around the buildings I had and my townhouse was really depressing! Tonight I just put some benches and bushes! So easy and it changes everything! @spark owl So I would keep the cotton candy machine where it was originally. I don't think it's ruining the view but if you think so, you can have the stall facing the right so it will keep out of the cafe view. Then you can have a couple things on the stall and low items in front. If you still don't like that look, you could also consider a statue right there or some flowers

so the stall will be on the far left of that space.

the garden itself is fine, you definitely could still rearrange the flowers in a different pattern

If it’s a park, I’d say put the vending machines outside the fencing with some like stone pathing under them, maybe use dirt or sand floor for the inside and get some slides and maybe a ball ? Add some flower pots and a table and bench outside near the vending machine and scatter flowers of the same colour maybe white around & obvs some trees. Apple trees would look cute

The "weirdest" part on my island is the new Mario section. It's a bit "unnatural" but it was because I wanted it to look like Mario levels!

There are little scenes on each "level" I put down on the floor.
