You can technically ask Nook to move a house, then pay for it, carry it over, and imagine it yourself, and then cancel and go back to nook and cancel the move and you'll get refunded

@supple cipher I'd go to dream addresses and visit some natural islands for inspo & see how they make everything flow; for your other question abt flattening, I personally like to work in sections, but filling up the rivers and redoing it myself was better. Lots of ppl struggle with waterscaping and making their rivers natural looking tho so you should practice in smaller areas to see how you like the tool before filling up your whole river and start from scratch.

Well that wasn’t the case for me. I restarted my island and I’m like 65% finished compared to my old one that I played for way longer. And I’m so much more happier now that I did that because I felt burnt out and that basically saved the game for me

Then form your island around that theme that way you know what you want. Picture it in your head how you want it to look, also Pinterest is a good place to get inspiration for a theme you may have in mind

Another would be placing them around certain important spots ie. Shopping Area, Neighborhood, Museum, Gardening Area, entrance, beach, other specialized area.

There's only 1 pumpkin start and you only know the color when it's fully grown, orange has the highest chance.

hey guys, Ive been wanting to make a haunted house section for a while now and the october update seems like the perfect time to do it! I made a ground entrance by the arch and Im going to put an incline on the left (stone steps or log steps what do you think). You can also access it by hopping across the pillars which I think is cute. I made another character so I could decorate a haunted house, I will put that on the back of the cliff. Now I just need to decorate the rest of the cliff and the forest path area. Any suggestions? Halloween is my favourite holiday so Im really excited to have a spooky section to go back and enjoy all year long😊

@worldly ginkgo your pumpkin patch looks good so far! I'd say to maybe add another haybed next to the well or stack a few boxes and when the pumpkins grow in you can drop 1-2 on the boxes to make it look ready to ship out to the market :) also, scarecrows are always a fun addition~

My Nook's does have a pumpkin patch next to it and my Able's has a tree surrounded by benches and stuff next to it, but it's not really part of it

So instead of trying to chose the best spot, think about which spot you would have rather chosen if you chose the other one. If that makes sense. To me it kind of sounds like you have already decided maybe tier one is best.
