@dusty flare for rivers i just went with what my geography lessons taught me jsfhdj but looking at rivers in google maps will also help. furthermore i just use a lot of random mini cliffs that have no purpose other than creating dimension

So you could theme it on that, they're a musician so you could add some musically inspired decoration. Also It's easier to decorate the front of a house than the back so you could move the house to the back of that space.

@lunar crest I think it looks pretty good as is, but maybe add some tables (i use the rattan end tables i think thats what theyre called) to put next to the beach chairs :) You can put coconut drinks or books on top of them, and sometimes I like to put slippers by the beach towels on the floor

Hi everyone, so I just got terraforming capabilities and I’m deathly terrified of customizing my island. @pale jetty maybe start with an idea ofwhat kind of island you want ? it will play a role for your layout, like a modern city , you'll most likely have a grid residential area, cottage, more "natural" and "organic" placement , mt map isn't very good and I am redoing a lot so I can't really share rn sorry u_u

@pale jetty it's hard to help with the layout of the island since all of us might have different taste in design. my advice to you is maybe start off with the entrance then work your way from their. you could also look at pictures here for inspiration or watch youtube videos. you might find something you like from there.
