I vote for Mushrooms. Contrary to popular belief, Mushrooms are able to sprout in spring and summer, at least in real life. I'd only make the mushrooms go dormant for wintertime.

Hello, I was wondering if I could get some design help for my island entrance. Unfortunately, like many others my residential service is very close to the airport, so I'm not sure what to do. I've seen the bridge idea (and I think it looks really nice) but my residential services is only 4 blocks away from the airport exit! So I don't think I could do that. Here's a picture that kinda shows what I have so far. I'm not really a fan of my design so feel free to be super critical and suggest big changes. Hello, I was wondering if I could get some design help for my island entrance. Unfortunately, like many others my residential service is very close to the airport, so I'm not sure what to do. I've seen the bridge idea (and I think it looks really nice) but my residential services is only 4 blocks away from the airport exit! So I don't think I could do that. Here's a picture that kinda shows what I have so far. I'm not really a fan of my design so feel free to be super critical and suggest big changes. I can also open my island up if anyone wants to come! Thanks

@sinful drift mine's so much closer that i cant even build any ramps/bridges, cause I dont think i can build anything directly at the exit of the airport, and if i go 1 block up then my RS is only 3 blocks away which is too close
