@woven drift Depends on the theme you're going for! If you want it to be more mystical I've seen someone with hyacinth lamps that look really pretty in the woods. If you want something more realistic you could add weeds or more full flowers, like windflowers. Generally I just try to tell a story with my island creations which adds depth imo

@soft sparrow I've still not seen this famous, dead center, RS map yet with that layout (I have the same one). If you wanna really be sure then post your screenshot and question over in datamine channel and see if someone would help you look through the files of the maps. Each base layout has set airport locations and RS locations iirc. (RS placement may seem random but it isn't, there are set points for each layout) among other stuff. I don't wanna see you waste even more time chasing after a map that may not even exist. Second time I've seen someone say that about RS and not provide a map so be careful with your time. Really would suggest asking for help in datamine

@brazen horizon double south exits sorta forces the perspective of north to south (although you can use one exit for a waterfall exit and you can do some other stuff like blocking off both with a boardwalk, ect) and some people think they need to go symmetrical on it when you really don't. i think double south is just as fine as any others and its up to personal taste. after a long 2 week break i figured out i loved double south the most even though i thought i disliked it the most at the start of the game

Honestly I think the tulips are the most cartoonish looking. I have native hyacinths and the rare colours especially have grown on me. Even if it's impossible to tell apart blue and purple at night....

celeste and meteor showers are unrelated, if you look often at #mysterybags-and-yardsales you can fine celeste islands to visit and get recipes, though note you only get one recipe per day even on a different island
