when there's >, you shade above the line. so, we know it's gotta be y >

and as for the line on the graph, that's y = 1/2x + 2.

looking at the answers, you can knock off C and D already. A would be wrong because it just doesn't match, even with the >

as for B; divide the Y by 2 and do the same on the other side, and you'll get 1/2x + 2, and so B is your answer
