I like that! I would focus on colors in the skin: the blush is very much off-putting w/ it's delicate baby pink. Perhaps something harsher as a flushed red? You could always place the blush in different ways as she looks bashful and not punkish as much. accented blush maybe I'd say on the bridge of the nose or you could do the sickly approach and apply it to her nose tip and eye area. The skin itself is quite dead looking, perhaps applying more flush to it instead of a cold black shading (biggest mistake is using black for shading.) Last thing, focus on pushing darker shadow. Don't be afraid of those darker shadows, they make the lighting pop. :) @slow solstice <3 <3

@open sonnet think less about the picture along. think about how long it takes you. artists have a really bad habit of under pricing themselves.. I recently got told that too. I've been pricing my stuff at about $40. but personally knowing how hard artists work. i would easily pay about $100 to $150. but some people will try to get way under that to get art for cheap from you

@tacit ocean unless they reduce the details in the chibis the problem with NMT commissions is that there will be a fair amount of people who will whine about artists charging over 100 so if you charge it at a reasonable price but with a simplified chibi with less details you’ll defs get more. I do agree with the hours but there will be times people will give you shit about it it’s such a mix community tbh.

Reality of commissions is that it can go two ways charge at what you deserve i.e $100 per character vs charge pretty decent like $50 you’d eventually get more . If you charge at a $50 flat rate charge you can always lessen the quality, Nook Mile Tickets ahaha
