Middle school and high school are hard. Everything feels huge, and it is overwhelming. Honestly though, while it feels super extreme now, eventually you'll grow older and you will look back at this, and laugh. One bad grade will not ruin anything, I promise. If you're still hiding in there, try to take some deep breaths, run some water over your face, and rejoin your group.

That makes sense. I'm sorry you're going through that. If you have time and energy in the future, you could always ask for make-up work, though don't add more work to your pile if it's already too much.
Are there any fidgets that you have that work for you? You could also record your classes' audio if you can't concentrate on what the teacher is saying, that way you can listen back to it at home. Honestly though, they make everything seem like a much bigger deal at your age than it actually is, so take your time to figure out what works for you, and what is going to cause you the least amount of stress. Your grades- while important- don't come before your well-being.

I have fidgets, but they don't work and Germany has something called... Datenschutz, meaning I cannot record in a classroom unless EVERYONE gives me explicit permission
