also just a little update: i had been attending counselling in hopes to see if i have an underlying mental condition. it has been two weeks now, i haven't taken the assessment yet bcs the counsellor still had to know my history in depth before discussing with the clinical psychologist whether i need the assessment or not. but either way, i'm still getting the help that i really needed rn
