THIS!!! SO MUCH THIS!!! It's insane how much turnover there is in certain US states. Where I work in Texas, my district has had 50% staff turnover on a yearly basis. We've had entire grade level teams leave our school or leave education entirely. The poor treatment, lack of respect, and poor pay is huge.

Most students at my parent's school is homeless or struggling to get by on a daily basis. Some of them have parents with ||alcohol problems||, ||drug addiction||, and financial problems. And it's very difficult to see that many of these kids don't get one shower a week

I'm not too sure because she works in another district compared to the school I'm in but she's had to call CPS multiple times for different reasons, including one of her student's dad abusing the kid directly... It's just good foster parents are very hard to find these days. Foster homes are very understaffed and underpaid like teachers. One of my best friends used to be in foster care but she moved away. She told me was her and her five sisters plus brother had to share room. Unfortunately, she moved away before she could receive a phone so I don't have any contact with her

It’s really common in Brasil, but they do it differently. They do it inside the system of the Nintendo it’s not a game card. So unless you put a Nintendo account or Nintendo online you never get banned

It’s fully hijacked, I think you aren’t even able to connect it to a account
