Hey, if you use the shovel to dig them up, you can move them to other areas for planting. For the second question, once you pick the flower petals, the flowers will grow back in a day or so.

Ohhhh! I understand now. The flowers only reproduce when planted. The petals in your pockets will not reproduce. Even if you pick the petals, the flowers on the ground will still reproduce. Make sure to water them and keep them in close area. I think there is a bot on here that'll show that....
