It also lets you decorate some shops, let's you remodel your own villager houses, and gives you a new catalog and currency to help you collect more furniture for your island

As someone who's lived in multiple timezones due to how wack my insomnia could be, believe me when I say that sorting that makes you feel a lot better

Depends on when you're getting up and various other factors, but shoot for 8 hours

Saying that, you don't have to go from 5 hours straight to 8 hours, slowly adjust it

probably roughly in line with sunrise and sunset to keep with your circadian rhythm

So if you get 6 hours on average, trying sleeping 30 mins earlier for a bit until that's fine and keep working on that
