Oh it's pretty easy in Scarlet and Violet if you have the right targets or get a lucky outbreak. Assuming you can get Herba Mystica tho...

yeah I was watching a video where a group of youtubers were trying to get all 100 johto shinies within 24 hours and they were doing a lot of S/V hunts just 'cause it was so easy

I tried a combee hunt with a mass outbreak once tho but no luck- although I didn't use any herba mysticas so maybe that's why lol

Outbreaks are pretty good if you have some patience and do the 60 knockouts! Sometimes I get really lucky and can get a bunch of shinies, other times I don't get any
