I don't really think that'll be effective, villagers with fleas will have them bouncing around them and hitting them will just upset them when they don't have them

Yeah the spawn rate for fleas is pretty low so just walk around the resident services area where most of your villagers should be at, you’ll hear it jumping and your villager will keep saying they’re itchy if they have one on them

If you want the cherry blossom DIY recipes you can only get those from balloons! They spawn around every 5 minutes (5:00, 5:05, 5:10, etc) and depending on what time of day they may either fly in from the left or the right side of your island. You can farm them that way to get them all 🌸

You can do it! In the essence of it, they'll just ask you questions and you have to answer them. It's beneficial that you are already working for them. They already know what you are like and they clearly like what you do since you have been offered this new position! So you are in an advantageous position in that sense ^^
There's a lot of info online on what kinda questions are the most common ones and how to answer them properly etc. One of the big things is to keep the answer relevant to the job. And it might be good to think beforehand what that kind of answers might look like. It's also ofc good to dress in a professional manner (how fancy that has to be depends on the job, in your case, probably not that fancy haha. Just something that looks nice n clean).
