try this:
Connect an HDMI cable from your laptop to an input port on the switch.
Run an HDMI cable from the switch's output port to the display you'd like to use.
On the switch, select whichever input the laptop is using. The laptop's image should now appear on the new display.

EDIT: Apparently the laptop HDMI port is an HDMI output port and the one from the Switch is also and output port to a TV. So they are incompatible, You have to use either a Monitor or TV that has an HDMI input port. HDMI ports are not the same.

villagers moving out is completely random, theres no guaranteed time when they will move out. the only thing that wont allow them to move out [iirc] is if theyre the most recent villager to move onto your island

if u wanna try to get him out as fast as possible u can use the yue method

It's random but from 5 days since a villager asked to move out and you told them no, to 15 days after you told a villager to move out.
The most recent villager won't ask to move until another one moves in.

I believe she always lets you know when there is a campsite visitor, yes. However, having a campsite visitor has no effect on whether an npc is visiting. You can have both!

In my experience, she only announces one event though. So on days she announces that there's a campsite visitor, she may not mention the npc who is also there.

• less than 250 => nothing
• between 250 and 749 => gift

you can if you are lucky,if you are ok with time travel you can try to time travel back a few hours at the end of the day, to stay within the day where the plot is opened to prevent filling

if you don't time travel, the day will not change as long as you don't leave the airport; so if you have nmt left, don't leave the airport and hope you get lucky with the nmt you have left

You gauge based on how many different items they wear or display in their home that aren't part of their default outfits/home decor. But it's pretty objective as everyone has different standards, the only clear cut is gifted vs. ungifted

Him having more friendship will of course also make it a bit less likely for him to want to leave than the others. Yes but not directly. The day after your first K.K. Kapp'n will appear on the dock on your island (not the airport dock, but that other dock on one of your beaches), and you go with him to your first Kapp'n island to find Brewster, it's on those islands that you can find the Gyroid fragments, which you then plant on your island, water, and they grow into full gyroids

You could look up the villagers standard interior. Then check if it matches your villagers interior. If they are the same the villager is ungifted. If they are different the villager is gifted. Also if the villager is wearing something different from their standard outfit they are probably gifted.

You need to buy from her multiple times over at least 2 visits on separate days, then on the 3rd day she'll ask to build a shop. Then the shop will be built in a few days.

The purpose of collecting furniture is to just decorate your island or your house, it helps with your house and island rating. If your pockets are full, many people just place extra furniture in a random spot on their island like the grass or beach, and leave it there until they need it. Later on when you upgrade your house, you can get storage spots to place them there, too.

depends on what your aim is. if you want to keep the "best value" of your villagers, it's recommanded to offer wrapped fruits or veggies for over 750+ worth. if you don't care about that, furniture is slightly faster
