So if you set the date to Nov 18th at 9am for example, that's not the same day

I suspect I am fine but I want to quadruple check and feel reassured first before I press the button; I have an extra character that I was using for a second house to decorate, but don't want the character or house anymore. Is it safe to go tot he minus menu and "delete resident registration" - it warns the save back up of the island will be deleted, but surely that's related to my resident rep, which is my main account? I just, don't want to delete my whole game by deleting the side character (which, I have double checked, is the correct one logged into at the start of opening the game itself and is the name mentioned by Nook in the menu to delete) .

2. Dive and catch sea creatures to sell back to Nook's Cranny.
3. Grow stuff (fruits, flowers, pumpkins, etc) and sell to Nook's Cranny.

Looks like it’s random for everyone. Eloise is always the starter if you don’t have her in your island. After that the villagers on the beach will change daily, so don't worry if there's no-one who interests you! You can time travel back or forward a day to change the selection quickly

If you want a new type of villager to start hunting for you are going to need to accept one of the other villager types currently visiting on rotation. also time travelling isn't necessarily good or bad.... it just has consequences that may be good or bad depending on circumstances and what you want

Depends on your friendship rank with the villager, the chances are lower if you have a higher average friendship with that villager between all players living in the island. Making a dummy account can higher the chances of that villager moving out.

It depends, if you don’t think you need the materials then I wouldn’t say it’s a waste. A lot of people who villager hunt with NMT usually don’t get materials, even if they’re on the money island
