When you're in the "tools" menu, go to the "Swap/Copy" section.
Click that, press Y, and click copy! Then you're able to copy the front to back

it can take a while. as someone else said, only the rose on the tile right in front of your character (relative to where they are facing) is given the gold flag (basically means it’s able to make gold), so if you have more than one black rose, you need to water both, ensuring they are right in front of your character.

additionally, the gold flag doesn’t go away until the rose produces gold. so you only need to water with the normal can once you have properly applied the flag

Well, there's a couple things wrong with that statement as a whole.

• Two cartridges does not mean two separate islands -- game data is saved to your Switch device, not the game card, so you need two separate devices to make a new island.
• You can upload up to 100 codes (I believe, possibly more? It's been awhile since I counted) in your creator area. You can only save up to 50 though in your Custom Design App, even if you create secondary characters.

So no, it's not true, and unfortunately whoever told you that was misinformed about a few aspects of the game

How do I get dodo codes?

Go to the airport and talk to orville to get a code for people to visit your island, if you want to visit someone elses you need their dodo code. These codes change each time you open your gates. You can find others to visit in #690093605821480980 but you will need the trade role to see that channel

hi i want to ask some question regarding villagers’ house

can we decorate the interior? and change the wallpaper and flooring?

especially the starting villagers as i find them super lacking compared to other villager

you can gift them furniture that they can display, they wont change their wallpaper or flooring

__•• Replacing Clothing __••
• Villagers' gifted clothing can be removed via giving them over 24 wearable clothing items, as 24 is the limit for clothing a villager can hold.
• Accessories: can be replaced by gifting them 24 'non-glasses' accessories (Villagers won't wear these, e.g. bubblegum)
• Caps (not helmets): Caps in the game are tagged either as free or womanly. Male villagers will only use caps tagged as free and gifting them 24 womanly caps will replace other caps from their storage. Since female villagers can use both types of caps, the only way to remove them is when they approach you to sell/gift/trade in the item. (Please refer to this spreadsheet for clothing tags: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1hI0CXeiooie1KRCsSba2Q8bcXQPOXlFK_2tYUSG84Xo/edit?usp=sharing)
• If you wish to remove a custom design, information relating to that is explained in the .t isabelle command.

if i kick my starter villager, can i invite them back on my island? i think doing so can make their house fully furnished?

yep, unless you use local play but you need to be physically close to each other to do that
