A villager should spawn on a mystery island if you have an empty plot, and you can keep getting villagers as long as the plot stays empty. You may not have an empty plot if you’re not seeing any villagers on NMT islands

Aw yeah I’m sorry, the only time in the game you can invite more than one villager from a NMT island is during the three plots quest. Otherwise, you can only invite one villager per day even if you have more than one plot empty. If that’s the case, then you can adopt a villager from another player to avoid any additional plots from autofilling ^^

It's all up to you if you want to use it or no, it's just a question of playstyle, even the developers have in some interview approved of its use. Nothing bad will happen if you use it, just note that some things might behave unexpectedly when you go backwards (most notably turnips, which will spoil instantly)

Time traveling does not reverse / rewind progress. You still keep all the progress, items, etc. that you've completed / acquired even if you time travel backwards.

They are unlocked within Happy Home Paradise, which is a paid DLC for the game! You unlock the DIY recipes after progressing through the DLC to a certain point. There unfortunately is not any other way to obtain those items, even through other players - you have to own the DLC yourself to gain access to them.

Doing the Nook Miles Plus tasks is your best bet, really! There's not a great way to farm Miles like there is Bells

Yes, weeds, or any other plants, will never grow on undiggable tiles - which custom designs placed on the ground are ^^ you can make a completely transparent one for that purpose, if you do not want any design on your beach. Oh, and weeds completely freeze if you have more than 150 weeds on your island (75 with Beautiful Island Ordinance active), meaning no more will spread or randomly spawn, and they won't grow bigger, either. So you can take advantage of that too if you wish

inviting villagers is unlocked at the 3 plots quest, where you craft materials to donate to the houses of 3 new villagers. after that, you can place the campsite which unlocks a new villager. then you can start selling plots by asking tom nook to “sell land”
landscaping is unlocked after the first kk slider concert, which is performed the day after you get 3 stars.

If you have the right camper, you can place the plot right then or, you invite them in but they will not be able to move until you have a free plot, so you'll have to place it and speak to them again.
I'd advise you to place the plot once you have the right camper and then try to invite them, it can take a bit but at least you'll be able to have them move in right away

Also, Google AI answered my question about inviting new residents, and they said you can invite Amiibo villagers even with max residents and then ask one to leave.

You cannot know without knowing the genes of those flowers, which is a hidden stat all flowers have. As breeding is based on those genes, not colour (which is also determined by genes)! But luckily, if you just need more pink tulips for decoration needs, you can use cloning instead of breeding: when you isolate a flower (= no other flowers of the same species in the surrounding 8 tiles), and water it, it will have a chance to produce an identical copy of the original flower overnight! So you will always get more pink tulips. It essentially works just like breeding, just with a single flower instead of two. Hope that explanation makes sense

Unfortunately not really; you can up the chances of cloning quite significantly by having visitors from other islands water the flowers which would up the number of offspring per each time travel, but it could potentially be even more time consuming trying to find players for help, hard to say. But if you have the space for it, you can expand your cloning grid with each new offspring you get, making it produce more as time goes on. Wish you luck!

You unlock the Island Designer app after reaching a 3 star island rating and seeing the credits roll. It includes a total of six pathing options which you can lay on the ground, including stone and brick pathings. (note that you have to redeem most of the pathings via miles after unlocking the app.)

You can also alternatively use custom designs - to place those on the ground, open the custom designs app, select a design and choose to display it on the ground. Or after unlocking the island designer app, you can also use it to lay down custom designs, using the custom design path option (which produces an identical result)

For example these, custom design on simple panels is a very popular (and versatile) choice, and climbing wall turned to face away from the camera gives you quite a clean blank wooden wall ^^ and the retro transportation stop also turned around can make for a solid run-down side of a building. If anyone is around I want to confirm something about deleting a resident registration (from town hall bcuz they didn’t actually set up the tent) in new horizons. I have my own main island on my switch, and my son had managed to make himself a registration.. and he has his own switch and copy of the game. Since he has a user profile on my switch still. I can boot up the settings menu with his user.. and if I delete his own resident registration, I want to know if it will mess up his own island or not? I don’t think so? And will mine remain how it is?

.t deleteplayer // it wont mess up your island (give youre the island rep) aside from removing him as a resident and his home -- if his island is on his own switch (where he's the island rep) his wont be affected at all

Delete player from Island

Requirements:

• You must be able to launch AC:NH from the User Profile of the player you want to remove
• You cannot remove the Island Representative (The person who started and named the island) without deleting the island entirely

Instructions:

1. Launch AC:NH as the player you would like to remove.
2. When you get to the starting screen do NOT press A to start, instead press -
3. You will see Tom Nook sitting on a stool, read any warnings and click A to move on.
4. When he lists your options, choose Save data.
5. Skip through the dialogue by pressing A
6. Choose Delete resident registration
7. Skip through the dialogue and confirm by pressing the red Delete resident registration
   NOTE: ⚠️ This cannot be undone, The player's data will be permanently removed and all NPCs will also forget about them ⚠️
8. Once Tom Nook has confirmed it is done you can close the game from the home screen

Yes I’m my own rep on mine and his on his own. So if I delete himself from my island with his user, it’ll be all good? And then from there I can proceed to delete his user on my actual switch? That’s so awesome thank you for the help I have been stressing for like months lol

correct! islands are tied to the switch itself rather than the user, meaning if you were to go on his switch it would just add you as a resident on his island, than make a whole new island

hi guys! i recently started a fresh island and because i didn’t have time to go hunting for the first 3 villagers you can find on mystery islands I only placed the correct materials in housing plot 2 (the peppy one if i’m correct) after i ran into Stella and invited her yesterday. I just noticed Bubbles moved in instead, which is fine, but i’m kinda curious to how it happened and i wonder if i should just place the materials into the housing plots before going to mystery islands today?

Villagers automatically fill in the plots you have donated everything to.
Stella may have moved in, but since you placed all the furniture in the peppy plot, Bubbles also moved in.

It's possible yes. B should allow you to go to some or to receive guests, but it may be a bit wonky depending on other's connections

You MUST have an unsold, empty plot available to invite a villager from another player's island, or to find villagers on mystery islands (and you can only invite one villager from a mystery island per day). A villager in boxes, or a house with the "I moved out" sign is NOT an empty plot.

You are good they will always regrow fruit, nothing will ever block that. Where the tree can be placed is limited by surroundings, but once the tree is in place, there is nothing to worry about

Unfortunately not really. If you have multiple players on the island then each can order five things a day. Or you can change the system date to hop between different days to get them faster. Other than that, you have to just live with the limit

Slight tangent as this doesn’t apply to Sanrio items but if you ever need to order non-Sanrio stuff from your catalog and you have the DLC, you can order 5 additional items with Wardell every day (assuming you’ve progressed far enough in the dlc to unlock that feature)

Talk to Tom Nook about infrastructure and pick the "Sell some land" option. You'll be able to put down an empty plot then, and villagers will appear on mystery islands! Be warned you can only invite 1 villager from mystery islands per day though

As far as I am aware, Brewster should keep reappearing until you invite him. If I am understanding correctly, according to this datamine, you should always get the island he is on until you invite him

It's not related to this, but there is an NPC, Katrina, who can read your fortune, and after that various fortunes can become active in the background, one of which is bad luck with belongings

I think you're gonna need to check whether you still meet all requirements, in case you had temporarily completed a last one you were missing and therefore got the dialogue, but the game then did not save that completion and it's undone again, explaining why you cannot find Brewster nor get Blathers' dialogue about it again either

You can make sure by checking that you have Brewster's photo somewhere, assuming you have not gotten it from somewhere else

If you have less than 100 weeds, you get 30 bonus development points. 1 point for every 30 weeds above 100 all the way to 1000, meaning if you e.g. had 160, your bonus would be 28 points. And at 220, 26 points, and so on. And zero points at 1000 and above. So, not by much, as weeds' natural spawn cap is 150!

You would have to place down a lot manually (or never remove the ones that were there at the beginning) for it to really make any difference

Mushroom season is the month of November (in Northern hemisphere)! Every morning, 5 mushrooms will spawn at the bases of trees. And if a total of 25 mushrooms has accumulated, no more will spawn until you collect some

(also note that one of the mushroom varieties ||will appear buried into the ground, instead of as a dropped item||!)
