Upon reloading, they should avoid speaking to that villager for the rest of the day if they still have the thought bubble. The next day, the thought bubble should transfer to another villager. It will keep transferring each day until a player chooses to allow or prevent a villager to leave

But today when I woke up, a character from a friend's island just moved in? And then there's a villager in my campsite who asked if he could move in? If Shino was one of the three initial villagers you had, they will have a different house a "starter" house if you will.

To remedy this, either

1. Move them out, then in again.
2. Reset their homes if you have HHP.

Villagers do usually hang out more often around their house or around the plaza, that’s why it’s best to look around those areas for a villager if you’re trying to get a move-out bubble, for example! As for the paths, I don’t believe they tend to always follow them or not iirc. I hope that helps

That's not how it works: the campsite will get random visitors from time to time (though the first one is scripted to come the day after it's built)
Mystery islands only have villagers on them if you have an empty housing plot placed on your island

Villagers won't use wallpaper or flooring if you gift them those. The only way to remodel his house completely is with the DLC

It means that the villager has either been given a ton of gifts or just some gifts, so you know what you are trading for since gifts stay in the villagers inventory even when they move

Okay create a new user then let that user adopt that resident’s data. Then open the game using that user. Then go to the settings to delete the registration

For me personally trading has been a very big part of the game, but it is def possible to play and enjoy it without online, the things you’ll miss out on are any interactions with other players as well as downloading custom designs made by others, how important those are to you is pretty subjective. It can make it tougher to get access to some specific furniture items etc. If you want more opinions you can ask in #acnh-chat⛱️

The main thing you'll be missing on is fruit, as 2/3 of the base fruits will only be available from other players. But you can also play in local multiplayer by being physically near them to get some of those missing fruits

Of course Once you unlock the wedding items, then you will have the ability to reorder items for the rest of the season! You will also be able to order everything again (except the special items) in future wedding seasons, there will be no need to unlock anything else a second time ^^

It is an item that you bury. if anyone (player or villager) steps over it they will fall into a hole in the ground and struggle to get out. if villagers fall in they will get angry

Fish bait make it easier when you are after specific fishes, it's tedious to make.
For cataloging it allows the item to be in your catalog, so you can buy it later, without the person letting you catalog loosing the item.
You put it in your inventory and give it back, so you've "unlocked" it

If you have done all the 3 requests afaik they will only replace the one in boxes if I'm not mistaken. If you want to kick someone else you can wait until they are gone to invite them again, they can be moved anytime once you've completed the requests

Keep time travelling back the same day. For example if it’s 12am your in-game time change back to the previous date and put the time at 5:30am that will keep your plot open for like another whole day. If it’s before 12am then just change the time back to 5:30am

Many people use them for trading (like, villagers and furniture most often is offered for NMT) - also, mystery islands are useful if you need resources and have no more on your island. Like you hit all your rocks but need more iron or something
