Question ! If someone comes to my island and ask a villager in boxes to move to their island and they say yes and then I time skip and they are gone will they still be on that person's island the next time for them??

once the villager is "claimed" they will move in to the new island the next day. it doesn't matter if you time travel. it just moves in the villager whenever the receiver is on the next day, be it normal or time travel

I've noticed that everyone else's has whenever I visit other people's islands, and I was wondering if it was because I deleted my save file before or not. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

A lot of the stuff there are just resident birthdays (both human and animal villager)

Oh, when I say updated, I mean the bulletin board hasn't had any new posts since the end of December. The fishing tourney happened on my island a couple weeks ago. No post. Rhonda's birthday came and went. No post. Idk if I did something wrong.

the very first campsite villager is mandatory anyway you need to have them move in.
if you have a camper moving in after that you can't stop it, unless you have 10 villager , the camper will ask for a confirmation for kicking someone. once you said yes though it's done

if you go to a normal mystery island (so nothing special like tarantula island) it should be similar, bear in mind the spawns are locked at the hour you arrived at. Insects spawns rate are not as clear as fish for example so it's a bit tricky to answer with certainty

if theirs is better than yours, you might be the one limiting the connection, you should try restarting you internet router, and if this doesn't work, sadly apart from getting a better internet connection I'm not sure what else you can do

Weeds can count as 'clutter' if Isabelle is giving you warnings, and so they can drop your point accumulation

It depends how many weeds you have, so how many 'negative' points they're contributing to the rating. You would need more of everything else to try to counter it I'd imagine, e.g. if a guide says you need 100 flowers, but you have 300 weeds, you might need 200 flowers to balance it or whatever. It might be possible but it would take a whole lot more of everything

If you want the weeds as part of your island aesthetic, you can always lay them back out later. You don't lose any of the three (or five) star perks once you've unlocked them

Having fewer than 100 weeds gives you 30 extra points but if you have more than that, they won't influence your rating. You just don't get those extra points

If you’re trading, if it’s a hybrid flower, it’ll be bred. If you get them as seeds. But if someone is dropping off ‘red roses’, you won’t know if they’re bought, bred or hybrid red. Trading for flowers that aren’t seeds can make it uncertain to know

Hey guys I need help from someone who's experienced in making a rock garden. Can anybody look at this picture and tell me why these rocks aren't spawning within the squares I mapped for them.
Sometimes they don't spawn in at all.
My island is covered in mannequins and all the rocks I'm trying to have spawn in are appearing in this general area but not in the exact spots I'm trying to get them. I water-based the area below in order to hopefully make the rocks spawn closer to where I want them. But this has bought me no new results

Okay cool. So after your campsite villager has moved in, you can go to Tom and ask him to 'sell some land'. He'll give you a house kit that you can place wherever you want on your island. If your plot is empty (i.e. no big SOLD sticker on it), you can then go on mystery tours with Nook Miles Tickets to find someone OR you can adopt someone that is moving out from someone else's island (when they're 'in boxes') if they're advertised in #villager-trade or #701251557458444395 and you want to grab them for your island and they'll move in 🙂

You'll only find villagers on mystery tours IF you have an empty plot already laid (no big SOLD sticker) and you can only invite one per day from a tour

It really is just pure luck in the hitting of a rock, and they're rare for the spawn rates. Faster ways to obtain it can be trading in #materials-and-tools (or if you're really lucky, treasure island setups advertised in #mysterybags-and-yardsales )

Not exactly. Cherry blossom trees are just normal hardwood trees (the ones that don't have fruit) which turn pink for cherry blossom season - which is about two weeks of the year, depending on your hemisphere. Then it'll just go back to a normal hardwood tree in line with whatever the season is.

There is a Tree Standee DIY though which can be customised to be pink and look like cherry blossoms so...you can't get the exact tree for the whole year but the tree standee can look similar if you really want the pink tree look

'Trading' is difficult if you are trying to each get a villager out of it. Adopting basically means you need to have a villager 'in boxes' (i.e. they're moving out, which is the day after they ask to leave) and they need to have a plot empty for them to move into.

But the idea of 'trading' where you each get a villager out of it means that you can't both have a villager 'in boxes' at the same time - because it's unlikely you both have a free plot for them to move into.

• You invited them but they say "there's no space on this island" this happens because you have less than 10 villagers : you need to put a plot for them to move in (sell land option from Tom Nook)
• Your gates are opened, you need to have the gates closed for them to be able to ask.
• Campsite villagers can play the game and still not move in, be patient and persistent, they will ask to move in eventually.

You have to wait 2 days. You will get a campsite villager the day after your campsite is built (tomorrow built, day after villager). It is a mandatory villager meaning you have to invite them by talking to the villager and Tom.

Once you invite them successfully, under infrastructure when you talk to Tom you will be able to “sell some land” and that will allow you to have more plots.

Once you get there, you can only invite 1 villager per day from mystery islands.

• ** How do I get an Amiibo villager to move into my island?**
You must invite an Amiibo villager and craft them their requested item 3 times in order for them to agree to move in. It doesn't need to be 3 consecutive days, just 3 days total.

• What if I have an open plot?
Amiibos still need to be invited 3 separate times, even if you have an empty plot.

• Can I choose who the Amiibo villager kicks out?
Yes, just make sure you've spoken to that villager at least once and their house isn't currently being relocated.
