For literally everyones benefit, please include a tutorial on soup in general.

As even just figuring out you need to 'ADD' the ladle to the station and not just put it there, was infuriating to say the least.

Also, the seasoning of the soup is all off. They say its too seasoned or not seasoned enough, but I know I put in the correct amount. It's like it seasons the ingredients as if they are not blended already. Or maybe i'm doing something wrong?

The gazpacho recipe is so confusing and the customers always think it's too spicy!

Indeed it is haha. I have tried many things, but it is either too much, or too little

I have the same problem. I add seasoning after blending (that's what's requested), using the correct amount, and it tells me there's too much.

You have to add the ladle to the plating sections like hooks

then while plating up if you put the soup in the pan onto the hot plate also in the plating section:

you can use the ladle to get a portion from it while plating up.

Is your soup thin liquid or other type?
I was not able to make a thin liquid for broccoli soup, even after blending it just was not working

Is there a way in this hotfix to go from runnyliquid to Thin liquid? Because that's still a thing

The recipe is fine. But the game still sees the soup as a runny liquid instead of a Thin liquid
