Achievement “you’re hopeless” isn’t unlocking. I’m playing on the Xbox. I’ve tried different food, burning it but it still refuses to pop. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Can it be looked into?

Well, you could look at the other report from voodoo a few months ago on this exact issue, where Mukade acknowledged it. Voodoo's been asking about it since 2022, but you guys got rid of the old report channels. Or any posts in general chat or the old bug report forum where multiple people, including myself have been talking about it was broken on the November 29, 2022 when Shelter was released, along with the other broken achievements. I don't know if you guys still have access to that.
Or the multiple acknowledgements from Bajer since 2022. The multiple acknowledgements from Pawel, saying "focus will definitely shift to consoles after the release of Sushi" back in June of last year. Chewie getting flustered and leaving his mod position in part due the lip service the devs have given everyone saying they will fix stuff for years while doing nothing (and probably more, but he's confirmed that was part of it).
Its nice you acknowledged it, too. And this isn't a slight against you. We got a vague "we will look into it sometime in 2025" 2 months back. But let's be real. They know about it. They don't care.

The update cycle for Xbox is not as frequent as the steam version. I know there are various reports of Xbox achievements not working, but I don't recall them all off the top of my head
(there's also no record of anything from 2022 that I could reference regardless since we had to remake the server channels)

Rather than reporting it to the devs, could we get an update on progress made so far. Confirmation that they're even working on Xbox please. To say that Xbox is not as frequent as the steam version whilst strictly true also suggests that Xbox does get updates which is a stretch
The last "update" the game had was in 2022 and that was only to release new DLC (Shelter) which is what has seemingly broken the achievements (they unlocked fine before Shelter was added)
Please can we just have a concrete update. None of this open worded replies but something substantial and factual

With the recent release of the Cakes & Cookies and Shelter DLCs, will they release an update to fix the achievements on the Xbox One version? I hope so. It doesn't make sense to release the DLC on PS4 and leave Xbox with useless achievements when we were the ones who supported them from the beginning.
I checked, and with the release of the DLC on PS4, some people have already managed to earn the achievements for the Shelter and Cakes & Cookies DLCs. This isn't possible on Xbox One. The Pizza DLC on PS4 has three unobtainable achievements, just like on Xbox One.

I just tested the discontinued achievement for burning an ingredient and I can confirm thats still broken, though
Scratch that. My games been installed since 2/18/24 and has an update date of N/A. So theyre cheats. False alarm

Yeh, i tested too and still broken on Xbox. Currently running v3.0.0.23 which Xbox has been on since November 2022
At least steam is getting all the patches though. Console players are your customers too BCS
