Similar to the "Tastes better. X" achievements, it only counts how many SPs get spent in one sitting, i.e. it resets again when you load a save. This one is luckily easy to still get by resetting points multiple times, something that you'd have to do anyway

You're right, and I believe there may be few more, for example Good fortune, as the implementation looks similar
