I'm just gonna answer here and not in DM's and #quick-help 
So Logitech was like 1-2 days for first RMA reply. Asking for a video. I sent that back and then another 1-2 days where they said they'll mail a replacement. Then a tracking number the next day.
You're gonna need to wait for the first reply from Pulsar. Probably within 3 working days.

Do I send me mouse in or do they send me a mouse
They will tell you in the email

Pulsar looks like they would provide a prepaid label to send it back
Logitech let's you keep the old one

How long did it take for Logitech to send you instructions after filling out the rma form
1-2 days. I think I filed at night and then 2 days later they replied
When did you file?
Wait at least 3 business days. Which means don't count weekends.

Well the this RMA process is over after they sent the X2H. Can probably only do repairs on that
