Handsize - 17.5x9cm
Budget - up to 100 but willing to spend a little more if I find it worth it
Grip - Carpal Stabilized Claw

I currently have a MM710 and it's been pretty solid but I am looking to maybe upgrade because I am looking to get a bigger mousepad (current one is 10x12in.) Mousepad wise I was looking into Artisan, but still trying to decide on which two to get.

I think the only "competetive" game I play is Valorant and I seldom hop on Siege. I might pick up that new Delta Force game.

The yellow part on my pinky finger is when I rest my hand a bit more on the mouse

so something like obsidians might work well for skates

@upper scarab thank you for the grip info and the recommendation. I think I’ll get that one but I’m reading on Reddit that I should wait until it drops in the west so I don’t get overcharged by the resellers.

@fierce moat I thought I would need a fast surface, thanks for the info. I’ll be able to narrow down my choices. I had no idea skates change the way the mouse glides, I kinda thought they were all the same lol. Who are the obsidian skates by?

Yeah earlier you said go for something more controlled/slower so I think the Type 99 is perfect for that.
Would getting 1 slow and 1 fast pad be better than getting 2 slow? Either FX Hayate OTSU or an even faster Shidenkai v2?

Yeah I want that mouse for sure now but I think I'm going to wait. I looked it up on Reddit and right now the resellers are overpricing them so I might just wait for a release here in the west (usa)

I'm going to have to wait for the Type 99 to get back in stock. I sent an e-mail today asking when they'll be back in stock, I just hope that the language barrier isn't an obstacle and I hear back from them

in the video the type 99 had the mouse glide pretty smooth compared to my current pad. I have a p.o.s mousepad that came in a lootcrate subscription box forever ago and it makes me wonder if it's even slower than the 99 💀
