Hi guys!
Can anyone give any advice on choosing a mouse?

I have A4Tech X7-718BK at the moment, but it's 10 years old and kinda started to disconnect (although it might be a laptop problem).
Anyway, I'm probably going to buy a new mouse.

  • I'm kinda on a budget but don't want to buy something bad so I'll pay twice.
  • I would appreciate macro-creating software, also I play computer games (especially online shooters) if it matters.
  • My palm size is somewhere around 18.7 or 19 / 9 (and 11 with a big finger) cm (not sure if I measured it right haha).
  • I suppose I use palm greep or whatever it's called (but not 100% sure).
  • I like minimalist design (not RGB and print fan), although some light can be beneficial at dark times of the day.

I heard about Logitech G102, A4Tech Bloody W90 Max, but seems like both of them got problems and I also heard Bloody is shit or smth.

although not meant for palm the zowie u2 is the closest shape to this mouse that i can find

#

but then again that mouse is most def out of budget

#

and yeah g102 is very outdated and bloody really doesnt make good products

#

but if you came up to me and asked "need budget palm grip mouse" i would respond zaopin z2

Ik it is much more expensive than the g102 (roughly twice the price), but the wired deathadder v3 is great for palm grip. Solid build quality and it just has a good shape for larger hands and palm grip

#

You could opt for the deathadder essential, which is in the price range however it might be a big downgrade in terms of internals

#

Compared to the v3

deathadder v3 is a great shape for palm grip

#

but mentioning "solid build quality" and "razer" in the same snetence is criminal

@shut cobalt Hello, thanks for your attention.

  • Zaopin Z2 4K PAW3395 is not available on official marketplaces of my country (Ukraine), but can be bought from people who probably buy it abroad (so there is probably no guarantee) for ~61.5$.
  • Zowie U2 is indeed too expensive for me and also not available outside of buying from people for ~215$.

Also, can you explain "razer" =/= "solid build quality"?

u2 is closer in shape to the mouse you have

# shut cobalt u2 is closer in shape to the mouse you have

It was bought by my parents 10 years ago, so I'm not sure it's the best for me. It's kinda okay for sure, but I never really tried anything else.
So maybe it's not necessary to try to find something exactly like this mouse, dunno.

So basically I should probably choose between these 3 depending on my wants and budget, but they are solid etc.

  • Zaopin Z2 4K PAW3395
  • Zowie U2
  • vxe r1 se
At least that's the summary for now, so I dive a little bit deeper into them and look for some info.
